Alice Gainer

Alice Gainer has been a CBS 2 reporter and anchor since the beginning of January 2013. She covers feature stories, breaking news, and general assignment stories. Since 2013, she has co-anchored the News at Nine on sister station WLNY TV 10/55 with Dick Brennan. In a tweet posted on 17 July, 2018 she revealed that her boyfriend John had proposed to her. Since that time, the couple have been waiting to get married and go on to the next phase of their lives. Alice revealed in one of her Instagram updates that the couple got engaged during Italy. Alice said in a posting she posted on the 27th of June in 2019 it was announced that the wedding day would take place in the month of June. They'd been travelling together to beautiful places as they counted down the days to when the day they tied the knot.
