American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her first professional appearance was in minor roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). On the FX series Dirt the actress played Willa McPherson, reporter. She also appeared in the role of a supporting character in the show that ran for a short time, The Ex List. In the very first season she was the lead of Moira O'Hara as a young Moira as well as in the season 2 she was Kaylee. She was Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead and Sophie on NBC's This Is Us. She also voices a number of characters from the animated series Family Guy. Since the year 2019, she has appeared as Melinda "Mel" Monroe in the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge was born in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10years old when her mother and her moved to California [1The couple lived there for a year before moving to Mill Valley. Breckenridge was 13 years old when she started to develop an interest in photography, acting and singing. When she turned 15, she made the move with her mother back to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career
